Nick A. Cutrera has been recognized by his peers as the “Best of the Bar”. Each year, the Kansas City Business Journal sends letters to active lawyers in the Kansas City metro area asking for their votes for their peers they believe are worthy of selection. A panel of accomplished lawyers then reviews the list of the top vote-getters and conducts a final check of the honorees’ reputations and professional standings. This is Mr. Cutrera’s third receipt of the honor.
“I am honored to be recognized again this year.” Cutrera said. The Cutrera Law Firm represents individuals in all types of litigation, especially personal injury, auto accidents, and divorce law. The firm has recently received significant verdicts or settlements in a wide variety of cases, including one against a golf course for injuries resulting from its allowing a 14 year old to drive a golf cart, two dog bite cases, a school bus accident, and a suit for damages against a homebuilder that negligently installed the windows on a home resulting in significant water and mold damage.
